Gosford Race 10 - Bula Vinaka Tour

OLD FRIENDS (4) has a terrific record this track and trip with two wins and one placing from three starts. Comes off a (15.96) win last time, scoring by 2.25 lengths in a Grade 5 over 272m at The Gardens. Looks suited here and rates on top. HELLO PRETZEL (1) has a strong winning strike-rate over this track and trip with four wins and a placing from seven tries. Placed last time (22.86) at Richmond in a Grade 5, finishing second and beaten half a length. Looks suited here and can measure up. DIESEL DASH (7) has a strong overall record having five wins and two places from 10 starts but was out of the money last time when eighth (30.60) over 520m at Wentworth Park. Meets a moderate line up and should run well. BORROWED TIMES (5) was well fancied last time on the strength of a win two back but could only manage fourth (25.49) at Maitland. Showed strong pace early but found one better when a half a length second over 401m Richmond in 22.86. Speedy conveyance who looks hard to beat.

Didn't make the placings last time at The Gardens (16.35) in a Grade 5, finishing a 6 length fifth. Still a maiden from the draw but has placed two times. Can hit the frame with the right run.
