NORDIC SHIRAZ (8) turned in a better run last time to find a minor placing (30.49) at this track behind PROWESS in a Mix 3/4. Took the lead and boxed on but run over. Expected to feature. SAINT RICO (4) well back settling but did wind up strongly to finish 5th and beaten only 2.25 lengths (17.97) at Richmond Straight. Will give the top chances plenty to think about. PROWESS (2) put a gap on her rivals last start. Sure to run well again.
