HOWDY MATE (6) has come from the back row in two Melton outings since a spell, winning fresh then working when midfield last time. Proven at this venue and the return to the front line could see him back in the winners' list. JILLIBY AURA (4) is first up for four-and-a-half months but has been readied with two trials, winning the latest. She was good against the top fillies last season, winning a Listed race and twice placing at Group 1 level. Could make a winning return. IM HAVINTOTROT (3) finished third last start in the Gold Coronet at Bathurst having earlier kicked off his campaign by winning a heat of that series. Draws for another good showing. ALDEBARAN ADA (1) is another that mixed it in G1 company last season. Goes very well at this circuit and distance with three wins and two placing from five attempts and she gets the ace draw for her return. IJUSTCANTSEEIT (5) was putting it together at the end of the maiden campaign, heading to the paddock off back-to-back wins. Keep safe.
