LIKEYOUFORAREASON (6) is having his first run back from a break of nine weeks. Closed the last prep with a win by 2 metres over 1680m at Launceston. Goes very well when fresh with two victories from as many starts. Will have plenty of admirers. QUETZALLI (5) is a quality filly who has managed two wins and three minor placings from five starts this prep. Produced another fine effort last start when she scored over 2200m at Launceston, coming in 2.5 metres ahead of her rivals. Finds a nice race and can again visit the winners' stall. TAPPY (1) finished third last start over 1720m at Melton a month ago. This looks a suitable race and he appeals as a solid top-three chance. I GOTTA GO (3) must be considered after he finished runner-up when resuming over 2090m at this track two weeks ago.
