SWEET IDEAL (8) made good progress second-up when she scored by a neck in a higher-graded race at this circuit and distance. Draws for a nice trail and has yet to miss a place when third-up so can go on with it. SOAP AND BUBBLES (2) hasn't won for a while but continues to race well, placing in four of her last five starts. Got within a neck of SWEET IDEAL when runner-up here last start. Another good draw could see her turn the tables. KEAYANG WASABI (4) drew on the back row and chased some smart rivals last week but had won two in a row prior, one of them from this barrier. WESTERN SONADOR (7) draws wider than when he finished third at Bendigo last week but he drops to a distance where he races well. DAY TWO (5) owns a good record at this circuit and distance and could be close to a win after back-to-back seconds.
