Has a couple of trial placings at this circuit under his belt, one behind Nutrien Classic winner Verbici, so he could have enough ability to beat these if he gets it right first up. DELIGHTFUL REYNA (4) was in the betting last start but manners let her down. Decent effort when fourth at Bendigo prior. She is up to winning a race like this if she gets it right. HEZA DO GOODA (2) will be fitter for his resuming effort when fourth at Geelong last week. Gets the same favourable draw and is lightly-raced with more upside than many of these so is a player in a race lacking depth. ELEGANT SPIRIT (3) drew on the back row last time so may be more competitive from a more favourable draw.
