CASH KING (9) went well to finish third two starts ago then recorded a comfortable victory last start, scoring by 8 metres over 1750m at Birchip. Draws out a little on the second line and may need luck at some point. This doesn't look as hard so he is sure to prove tough to beat again. ALWAYS BE TECHY (10) was responsible for a very good effort last time over 1780m at this track, finishing second and just 1.4 metres from the winner. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. SEA HUNTER (2) is in the mix following a sixth at his most recent appearance over 1780m at this circuit. Top-three prospects from the low draw. MAJESTIC CHEDDAR (5) is heading the right way, improving last time out to finish third here over 1780m. One for the multiples.
