AGATHA BLOOM (2) drew a very wide gate and worked when tackling a Breeders Challenge heat last start so forgive that result. Was going very well prior, winning two of her other three starts at Menangle since a spell. This is a nice drop in grade and she should get her chance from the ace draw. LOYAL LOU NZ (5) has the hoof on the till having finished second in his last two appearances. Draws wider but will be race fit now so with even luck he can grab a win. ARCHIE MOTH (1) has yet to perform to market expectations since switching from SA but he gets the ace draw and suspect he is capable of better. QUICKSHIFT GIRL (8) cops another tough draw but is looming as a threat after a placing in higher-graded races in her last three outings.
