OUR CHARLI GIRL (11) went back at her latest run just three days ago then worked home in good style to finish 1.5 metres away in second at Young over 1720m. Will need an ounce of luck to slot in from this tricky draw. Her last-start form is good enough to put her right in the finish. SECOND SERVE (9) was good when runner-up in start number two then raced wide and worked so was far from disgraced from a similar draw to this last time. Big chance with a bit of luck from the tricky draw. REASON TO BE HAPPY (1) drew wider and worked when midfield last time and had looked close to a win when runner-up in the previous two outings, one of them from this barrier and the other here. YA RACIN FREDDY (10) lines up for the first time. By For A Reason and hails from the Tom Pay stable. Not drawn the best but showed some ability when a minor placegetter in a recent trial.
