SHEVCHENKO (8) draws on the back line again but is going very well from there at this circuit and distance, digging deep to score two back before a solid second last time. Draws to trail the top pick early and just needs even luck to make an impact again. JETASI NZ (5) is hard to knock having come from wider barriers than this to win two of her last three outings and she returns to a venue where her record is sound. CANTPLZA MALTEEZA (3) will be fitter for his resuming effort at Newcastle and draws better. Two of his three wins have come at this circuit and distance so look for improvement.
