Ascot Race 3 - Rock Magic Stakes
The first of the features today and ALMIGHTY CLASS (4) gets the nod. He was very impressive in his first run for the new stable, bolting in to win the Cyril Flower. He's trialled sharply since and should get every chance off the inside. He's won 2/4 at this track and trip, being fresh is no issue and he can continue his winning ways. CESSATION (6) went to a new level last campaign and looks to be back just as good as she left, judging by her recent trial. She's a speedy customer and she'll carry no weight for Campbell. Can find the front and prove very hard to run down from the front. OSCAR'S FORTUNE (1) comes here without a trial after a strong performance in The Gold Rush. Been a while between drinks but it took a good one to beat him in a similar event when first-up last campaign off a similar set up. Can make an impression. REPOSSESSION (3) showed he was up to this level last campaign and this is a good spot for him.
