SAMAKA (3) debuts for a top Sydney stable and missed a whisker in a recent Randwick trial. Maps well, and Collett is a key jockey engagement. Expect a bold run from the Zoustar gelding in a winnable race. UBER IN (7) won a Warwick Farm trial and was expected to win at Goulburn first-up, but just battled late. Just missed from the speed at Kembla Grange at her only second-up outing and gets a key jockey switch to 28% stable-striker McDougall. She's right up to this, and quick improvement is on the cards. SETTA ICON (2) races forward and posted a competitive number, narrowly beaten at the Sapphire Coast over 1200m first-up. Was plainer over 1400m at Kembla Grange following, and today he has the blinkers on for the first time to improve the focus. The speedy galloper has claims back 100m with extra fitness. KIRWANS BRIDGE (1) switched stables and just missed over 1200m at Wagga first-up. Has the inside barrier and Heywood is a positive jockey engagement.
