Charles Town Race 2 - Race 2 - Mdn Special Weight
PEPPERONI TONY (6) Javier Noel Contreras trained 2yo by Golden Years having first start. Watch the market. RISK IT BISCUIT (2) Was found wanting late when 3rd last time at the track and was on debut last time. Should race on the speed. Drawn nicely. One of the major hopes. GOLDEN FAITH (5) Just shy of the win last time at Delaware Park and putting a tidy record together. Has plenty of early speed. Been in the money each attempt this campaign. Honest enough customer who is strongly placed. CHRISTOPHER RUNNIN (3) 2yo first starter sired by Jack Christopher for Robert A Werneth. Betting is the best guide.

On a short back up. Was $28.00 and didn't threaten when 7th last time at this venue but gets a favourable barrier. Likely to get back in the field. Unlikely to feature.

Even though peaking on the run still grabbed 3rd beaten by close to 10L last time at this track and fitter for debut run. Has a good draw. Strong claims.

Started at $14.00 and weakened to finish 6th last run at Delaware Park and dropping back to a shorter trip. Large claim helps. This one has a big task.
