Churchill Downs Race 9 - Race 9 - Mdn Special Weight
HAZY HORIZON (3) Narrowly beaten last time at the track. Should be swooping on the field late. Recent form of Wesley A Ward is strong. Won't be far away. TWILLO (7) 2yo by Twirling Candy having first race start for Brian A Lynch. Watch betting. NOW HE'S GONE (1) Initial appearance 2yo by Yaupon for trainer Michael J Maker and drawn beautifully. Watch for a sign in the market. FOOLIN (6) Was ordinary when 5th last run at Belmont Park but solid career start. First appearance for a new trainer. Exhibiting good form since resuming from a break. In the mix.

Threw down a serious challenge last time around here. Displays very good closing speed. Wesley A Ward stable are on fire recently. Good prospects.

Started at $16.00 and couldn't maintain the pace when 5th last start here but was a debutant last start. Won't be far away during the run. Prefer in a much weaker race.

Was $5.00 and well beaten when 5th last run at Belmont Park but honest performer putting a tidy record together. First start for a new trainer. Should go very close.
