SEA TURTLE (5) gets top billing after a sound fourth at Port Macquarie, where he was bumped early, raced keenly and still finished within two and a half lengths. The drop back to 1200m is a question, but he has placed at the distance and can give this a shake. G'DAY AUSBRED (2) is the danger if he can stretch his first-up effort at this track to 1200m, having been steadied and beaten just over two lengths behind Real McCoy. Fitter and in the mix. LA REGINA (6) has to rebound from a plain Grafton sixth, but her previous fourth at this venue as favourite reads well enough for a maiden of this depth, and her wet-track place record is useful. TOO HARD TO FIND (8) improved sharply at Lismore when fourth at long odds, has placed twice around this trip, and gets to her third run of the campaign with enough substance to be a genuine placing threat. LOVIN' THE VIEW (7) will strip fitter and gets a chance to place.
