With even luck in running from the inside gate he can prove too sharp again. DUCHESS ZOU (5) resumes with an imposing record. She was last seen starting $1.65 in a good 3yo race at Flemington and winning well having placed behind Bridal Waltz and She's An Artist at Listed level prior. That form stands out and she could just be too good. EXCESS (6) is going well without winning, just feeling the pinch late in a handy BM74 last time out. She'll roll forward and take catching. KA YING CHEER (9) deserves his shot at this off the back of two strong wins in Australia. LUNA CAT (7) has been in some handy races of late and is good enough on her day.
