The Cranbourne Corinthian for the picnic horses - always tough to work out. QUBELLA (2) was good last time at Wodonga in a BM56 when running into third. That's good form for this and she draws softly. LIKA MOSH (5) resumes. She's got some solid form but can be hit or miss, as most of these can. Watch the market. EPICUS (4) ran a solid race first up at Bairnsdale over 1000m. He's suited up to 1200m now and should be hard to hold out. The picnic champ DIAMANDA (1) will find this easier than recent provincial runs. 79.5kg is a huge impost but she's largely proven herself better than these sorts. BESSON (3) can sprint well fresh and is in the mix.
