MATERIAL MADAM (6) improved again finishing just half a length away in second over 1200m at Hobart in stronger. Strips fitter and won't find this assignment as tough. Keeps the 1.5kg claim and is ready to win. SANDUAL (5) has been kept on the fresh side and drops back to a shorter sprint. Didn't do a bad job last start at Hobart over 1390m in stronger beaten 2.5 lengths. That followed a win there, and he has a handy 2kg claim. Peaks and has to be considered. BILLIE THE GREAT (8) showed good early dash and held on well to finish 1.3 lengths back in third over 1400m at Launceston. Has the ability but the outside barrier needs managing. BAYSIDE (2) comes back to a sprint following a 43 days freshen. Races forward and has the blinkers on for the first time. Will appreciate a drop in grade and has solid claims on best form.
