Funabashi Race 3 - Race 3 - 1500
With all five debuting over 1500m on soft at Funabashi, BALMUNG SNOW (6) looks the most appealing on pedigree for this trip, being by Thunder Snow and carrying 55kg, which should suit a staying-leaning test. ZENKAI HAPPINESS (5) is a danger, the Majestic Warrior filly shaping as a likely strong-type at 54kg. SOLVEIG SUMMER (4) also rates a hope with Chuwa Wizard blood suggesting some stamina for 1500m. MADONNA VEL (3) has claims as a Le Vent Se Leve filly and can be competitive if handling the surface. Narrow leaning to BALMUNG SNOW (6) in a cautious maiden.
