SURE START (7) is back after a break of five months. At the last run before the layoff she finished sixth over 1400m at this track. Commenced last prep with a minor placing at Beaudesert over 1100m. Well placed here and happy to have her on top. THRILL SEEKER (4) returned from a spell two-and-a-half weeks ago when she was in contention on the corner before being beaten 8 lengths into fourth over 860m at this circuit. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. DEMES GIRL (2) returns after three months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a tenth over 1000m at Sunshine Coast. Good effort to launch last prep when in the money at Ipswich over 800m. Rates highly on best form and a bright return wouldn't surprise. BETTY BOOM (6) has not raced since her debut on September 20 over 1000m at Dalby when she finished sixth. Will be better for that run and is expected to go well.
