STAR OF THE BAR (7) is building nicely and gets the nod fourth-up after a string of solid efforts to kick off the prep. Meets her main danger with a good pull at the weights and if she hunts forward again she will prove hard to run down. EXCEED THE SALE (1) is the clear danger, having run past SOTB last start here but does concede weight this time, even with Youngberry's 3kg claim. Handy filly that's still on the up. MURKADO (3) was beaten as favourite first-up at Ipswich, but the run had merit after he jumped awkwardly and raced wide. The 1400m looks a suitable progression. WEOWNACHEVY (4) was an arrogant winner last start at Ipswich after a luckless run at Doomben. Full of confidence now and is drawn cosy. Can make it two on the bounce. MARIA CLARA (2) is in red-hot touch and doesn't know how to run a bad race but she does have to carry a fair bit more weight this time.
