ANGEL CITY (6) went close at Wyong and then wasn't fancied in a decent contest at Canberra. Ran a strong number this track/trip last time in work and will be tough to beat stepping up from a sprint. DANCE WITH DESTINY (8) resumed from a spell beaten 3 lengths over 1300m at Hawkesbury. Is sure to appreciate 1500m and with the extra fitness poses a genuine threat. AMARILLO SKY (1) had trialled well but looked a run short over 1300m at Hawkesbury first-up. Impressed prior on debut and will jump and run from the inside gate. Fitter and a player. COLORADO SUN (3) brought good form to the Sapphire Coast and had genuine excuses. Draws the widest but has Heywood aboard, and he make the finish with average luck. ASTOUND BEAUTY (7) is a likely improver who will be around the mark.
