TERRAFERMA (9) brings race-fit form on a short turnaround after a 2nd at Istanbul over 1200m on 4 Oct (55kg) and draws barrier 1, which suits. GIANT WAVE (5) rates next with a solid 2nd at Ankara over 1400m two back and a 4th at Istanbul 1600m last start, now back slightly in trip from barrier 3. BAY MENTOR (2) is third-up and has progressed with a 2nd at Istanbul 1200m in a 2Y MDN on 18 Sep, holding 57kg again. MACAPA (7) was 4th at Istanbul 1500m on 9 Aug and maps well from barrier 2 second-up.

Second-up after a sole run at Istanbul on 14 Aug over 1300m in 2Y COND, where he drew barrier 6 and finished 6th of 11 behind Ada Efsanesi. Steps up 200m today from a similar gate, and with that experience under the belt he can progress.

Fourth-up and backing up 11 days after an Ankara 1200m TB where he finished 4th of 8 on soft from barrier 3 with 53kg. He now shifts out to 1500m (up 300m) from barrier 8, having also placed 4th at Istanbul over 1200m earlier in the prep; a measured improver with this setup.

Third-up and drawn well in barrier 3, the runner backs up off a 4th of 8 at Istanbul on 27 Sep over 1600m (TB) under 53kg, behind Anshba Sky, and drops 100m here. Earlier, he was 2nd of 8 at Ankara on 22 Aug over 1400m (TB) carrying 57kg behind Hegemonya. With a favourable gate and a return to a trip he handled when placing, he looks a steady each-way hope.

Fourth-up and back to 1200m after a 1500m run, with a short 24-day turnaround. His two Istanbul runs were 8th in a 2Y COND over 1300m (barrier 12, 57kg) and 8th in a 2Y MDN over 1200m on soft, and he now draws barrier 7 again. Needs to lift on exposed form but the drop in trip looks a more suitable set-up.

Second-up after a 64-day break and draws barrier 2, a notable improvement from the last start’s gate 7. He was 4th of 10 in a 2Y MDN over 1500m at Istanbul on 9 Aug, carrying 57kg on good ground behind Warrior Pointe and Eccelso. That effort provides a solid base to build on with the softer draw.

First-up after 3 months with a handy juvenile prep that included a 3rd of 7 over 1200m at Ankara (2Y MDN, 57kg) behind Beautiful Light. Steps up 300m and draws barrier 9 again, with Ercan Çankaya back on. Honest early signs and the extra trip could suit if he can settle from the gate.

Back on a short turnaround after a 2nd at Istanbul over 1200m on 4 Oct (TB, 9 runners) with Ali Yildiz up, and he again draws well with barrier 1. Prior run was another 2nd at Kocaeli over 1400m on 22 Sep (TB, 12 runners), so the 300m rise today looks within his scope. Consistent this prep without winning, and a soft gate could help him hold a forward spot.
