HOME SIREN (8) is the horse to beat after resuming with a clear Class 1 win at Port Macquarie, scoring by just over three lengths as the odds-on favourite and taking her 1000m record to two wins from two starts. Her earlier run in the Listed Woodlands Stakes gives her form line more depth than most of these, and she profiles as the runner with the most upside. DAMAS (1) is the main danger if the return to 1000m brings a sharper finish; he was wide and keen when seventh at Eagle Farm, but his fifth in a Quality at Port Macquarie reads well for a BM66. A TOUCH FROM FAYT (9) has been racing consistently and was beaten just over a length at Port Macquarie, with barrier 1 giving her every chance to hold that form. SAVVYROCKER (7) has not won this season, but her two wins from two starts at this distance keep her in the minor-winning mix if she rebounds from recent sixths.
