The blinkers go on and he will be aided by the extra ground. Well worth another chance. CITY WOK (1) has been thereabouts, finishing sixth in richer company at Cranbourne two back then finishing runner-up here last time when beaten a nose. Races on speed and can go one better. The rest have done nothing. MERRY JACK (2) was safely held fresh then improved second-up and may appreciate the mile now. SPOT THE GREY (4) resumes from a good break. Trip suits and can run well fresh. VADAR (5) has been racing in richer company and should be at his top now.
