Debuted 12 days ago at Kochi over 1300m on heavy and justified 1.26 favouritism, leading throughout to score by 3L under 55kg. Draws the inside gate now after winning from barrier 3, and remains at the same weight for her second-up run. Progressive filly with a suitable setup to build on that strong start.

His best recent effort was a 3rd over this track and trip on 6 Sep at $31, and he’s consistently raced at 1300m with the same rider. Scored over 1300m at Kochi three starts back on firm going at $81, then has struggled on heavy since, including 7th of 10 here 12 days ago at $2.5. Draws barrier 4 after wider gates in two of his last three runs, which could help him recapture that winning 1300m form at this track.

Third-up and ultra-consistent at the Kochi 1300m, she’s finished 2nd in both starts this season and at the track/distance, including 12 days ago when beaten 0.75L on HEAVY at $14. With Kaisei Shinjou sticking after that run and a slight barrier improvement to 6, she looks ready to hold her form. A repeat of her latest effort keeps her right in the finish.
