Competitive. MISS TRUSTFUL (4) jumped a $3.4F and faded last time over 1600m at Hamilton on a heavy track after showing good early speed. She raced forward beaten just 1.5L over this distance at Kilmore prior on a dry surface, and fourth up can make amends. Keeps the 4kg claim, and from the inside gate, she will be right on the bunny. WILD SENSATION (1) has switched from the Matt Smith yard in Sydney and was last seen 18-days ago, beaten a whisker in a 66 over 1400m at Nowra. Placed over the same trip/level at Goulburn prior, and that's good form. Jumped as a short-priced favourite in both, and there's plenty to like about his chances. CASTLEFIELD FLYER (5) is racing well and is close to a win. Her latest effort was a solid second at Kerang over 1400m. The wide draw will require a good steer from Will Gordon, but she's likely to jump sharper with the blinkers applied for the first time. LICENSE TO EXCITE (8) was heavily backed and delivered a big Kerang Maiden win. Keep onside.

The race before that set the pace for much of the race 2nd of 12 at Terang Mdn-Sw on March 17 over 1406m, slow going 0.5 len behind Regal Ascend with 57kg at $3.50.
