HEY BELLA (3) was prominent at the turn and finished second last time over 1750m at this track, beaten only a neck. Was a winner the start prior and has the ability to race on speed, so looks a key player again. THE DAILY PLANET (2) has been up a while but was only a length off HEY BELLA two back then bounced out of that to win last time out slightly back in trip. Rises in trip again here but racing too well to discount. SARA'S ROCKET (4) hit the frame when resuming two runs back at Ballarat but couldn't back it up last start at Terang. That might have been one run too many at around 1400m for the daughter of Castelvecchio, though, so the step up to 1715m suits. OCEANS ABOVE (1) hasn't been in 56 grade since his win five runs ago and he'll be fitter for the run back and is twice a winner second-up. HIGH TORQUE (6) has been found wanting out beyond 2000m in his past two, so might appreciate dropping back to this trip.
