MELBOURNE BOY (9) has not raced since he finished third on debut over 1400m at Sandown-Lakeside on April 6, a race that was won by the handy Blind Raise. Been gelded since and might be a stayer worth following. ROCKZINO (7) started at $1.40 last start, but could manage only third, beaten 5.5 lengths. The debut was good though, which is why he was so heavily fancied last start, so he probably deserves another chance. CARRY TRADE (5) has been beaten by similar margins in two runs this time in, both over distances short of his best, and with blinkers going on this time he can take the next step.
