Las Americas Race 8 - 7 1/2f Stakes
NEWTON (5) Fought on well to win a tight contest last time at this track. Hasn't put a foot wrong this preparation with 2 wins from 2 runs. Expect to go close. NAPOLITANO (2) Did well when 3rd last start at this track and has a positive alley. Been in the money each attempt this campaign. J Barajas rates highly aboard. No surprise to see a forward showing and one of the main hopes in this race. TAREK (4) Ran 2nd last time at the track. Has not missed the placings this preparation in 2 attempts. Won't be far away. NORTH CHIEF (6) Narrowly clinched the victory last time at this venue and having second career run. Recent form of J Vazquez is strong. Big danger.
