Lightly raced four-year-old ALFARINO (1) has come of age this prep with two wins from as many appearances, the latest here at this distance in a Class 1. Stays on the same weight to go up another level. Still has improvement to come so stick with him. JUST PLAIN NUTS (2) couldn't hold out ALFARINO here two runs back when coming off a two-month break. Backed up quickly after that run and led from go to whoa here at this distance a fortnight ago. Rock hard fit and will give the top pick plenty to think about. LAWRENNY BOYS (9) returns after a 110-day spell. Speedy customer who has won just once in 15 starts but has placed eight times. Will press forward and give a great sight. WHO'S IN DEV (14) returned from a 24-week spell and missed the frame for the first time in nine career runs last time out over 1420m at this track. Placed two from two at 1100m so don't write him off. DENNYSON (3) mixes his form - if in the mood he can fill a trifecta or first four hole.
