Laurel Park Race 1 - Race 1 - Mdn Claiming
CASS NINE (7) 2yo debutant by Divining Rod for trainer Tim Woolley. Keep your eye on the market. VENTUROUS (2) Tailed off to finish 7th last run at this track but going up in trip. Gets a favourable draw. Has to be included. TO ETERNITY (4) Came in 3rd last run at Delaware Park and having second race start. Should come to hand quickly. Facing an increased distance. Can take this out. IMPERIAL CHARTER (8) Folded up in the straight when 5th last run at the track. Jockey Jaime Rodriguez and trainer Rodolfo Sanchez Salomon have a solid working relationship. Right in this.

At $11.00 was well beaten when 5th last start at this venue but will be aiming for a soft run from the draw. Shows very good closing speed. Not without a chance.

At $4.00 didn't find the line when 7th last run here but can find a nice position from the draw. Going over extra ground. Expecting a strong showing.

Started at $12.00 and had difficulty when 5th last start at Colonial Downs but racing over extra ground. Change in trainer. Very slim hope.

Odds of $5.00 and fairly underwhelming when 8th last start at Colonial Downs but was a debutant last start. Might be ridden for luck. Rising in trip. Prefer a return to something a lot easier.

Jumped at $10.00 and looked outclassed when 5th last run at the track. Jaime Rodriguez and Rodolfo Sanchez Salomon form a proven partnership. Will go close.
