LA PETITE MAISON (2) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished second at Townsville two starts back, then scored by a head last time out over 1100m at this track. Sean Cormack scored on him last time and retains the ride. Well placed, and he can score again. SAILOR'S RUM (3) was an impressive winner over 1050m in a 60 at Rockhampton, leading throughout and putting 5.5 lengths on his rivals. He again draws to advantage, and Wiggins is a key jockey engagement. He'll get every chance to go back-to-back. DETERMINATION (6) is racing well and is close to a win. Presents off a solid placing at Rockhampton over 1200m. BETTER THAN WORDS (7) resumed in the same contest and finished just ahead of the above. Races forward and has a 1.5kg claim.
