GLORY REIGNS (5) improved sharply on his fifth two starts back at this track (Dirt) with success over 1609m at this track (Dirt) a month ago, getting home by 5 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. MARK MY WORDS (1) resumes after a break of four-and-a-half months. Did win at his only other first-up run when on debut, scoring over 1006m at Thistledown. Has found the right race to kick off the campaign. BUMPKIN (2) turned in a fine effort to win by 1.75 lengths at this course and distance last start which was an improvement on the first-up performance. Finds another suitable race and can go on with the job.
