SOLO VEGA (6) looks the runner with the most appealing current profile after closing strongly for second in a 3yo+ Class 1 over 1675m at Bunbury, beaten just over a length, and she now gets an easier country assignment with only 55kg. The extra ground to 1800m is the one clear test, but her last two efforts read well for this. ANOTHER NEPHEW (1) brings winning form after taking a 3yo+ Benchmark 56+ at Carnarvon, and the fact he did it while racing wide adds merit, though this is a deeper task. GOT LUCKY (2) has been plain at Belmont Park, yet his Mt Magnet record gives him a genuine chance to improve back in this setting. MYSTICAL MAN (3) was well beaten by Back To Bondi last start, but his dominant Mt Newman win two back keeps him in the wider mix if he rebounds quickly.
