SOUTHERN PRINCE (2) returns from a break of six months. Went quickly through the grades last prep, including a respectable fifth over 2000m in the G1 Spring Champion Stakes at Randwick last October. Fitted with the two trials and can sprint well fresh with the 3kg claimer aboard. Go close. NEW PHAROAH (3) has gone to a new level this time in and races best with the runs spaced. Rounded them up with ease with the 61kg to salute over 1500m at Albury in C3 class. Gets favourable conditions from the low draw. SHEEZA DIVA (6) handy filly who warmed up late at her first run back with a respectable sixth over 1300m at Hawkesbury. Lone win came second-up and will relish the roomier track. Hard to hold out. GENERAL SOHO (1) tough old gelding who saves his best for the home track. Made it two wins from the last three starts with a fast finishing head win over 1600m here. Up slightly in weight and not to be overlooked. The chances don't end there.
