STATE SECRET (7) should get a comfortable lead here and can shed his Maiden tag at start five. Went out fast with the 59.5kg before knocking up in the straight to finish fourth over 1400m at Hawkesbury. Back in trip and will take holding out with the blinkers going on. ALGORITHMIC (1) resumed for the new yard with a tenacious on-pace head second over 1200m at this track in the small field. Fitter now and shapes as the main danger. TELLURIUM (8) ticking along fairly over the shorter trips and he gets a much better setup today third-up. Went back from the wide gate and motored late with a tidy fifth over 1100m at Warwick Farm. No surprise to see him play a leading role over the extra ground. LIFE YOUNG EVER (4) having his third race start today on an improving surface. Has a host of gear changes and can make sharp improvement.
