ENCROACHING (3) is on debut today for the Dan Morton stable on the back of an impressive trial win at Belmont. Fiore has been on board for his past two trials and remains with him for the debut. Looks well placed here in what looks a suitable race. SHE'S A SPLINTER (6) sat handy on resumption but couldn't get the job done as a 30-1 chance at Ascot. Pike remains in the saddle today and this looks to shape similarly. Should lob in a handy position from the draw and make her presence felt. IS THIS THING ON (8) showed enough on debut at Ascot when sticking on well over 1000m. She'd trialled well coming in and the rise in trip today looks to suit. Can be in the finish yet again. UNTAMED STARE (7) hasn't trialled publicly this time in work but deserves respect on his debut effort.
