SPICY MISS (2) returned off the one trial with a solid closing second over 1000m in the LR Lonhro Plate at this track. Has always given the impression she will be better when she gets up to this trip and no shock to see her finish over the top of these. CIARON'S STAR (4) bounced off her good debut third, with a comprehensive Maiden victory over 1100m in the Pierro Plate at this track. Meets a stronger field today but looks to have further improvement to come. PEMBREY (6) Prague filly who comes down from Queensland after demolishing inferior opposition by 5.5 lengths over 1000m at Eagle Farm. Will come out fast with J Mac aboard and give them something to catch. Trip looks the query. HARDANGER (8) warmed up late at her second career start with a sound third in the G3 Widden Stakes at Rosehill over 1100m. Can race closer from the draw and take holding out. BY CHOICE (1) returns after running a courageous on-pace fourth in the Magic Millions over 1200m at the Gold Coast. Keep safe.
