Redcar Race 2 - Ebf 'Double Trigger' Novice Stakes (Gbb/Gbbplus Race)
IRON STONE LAD (5) Amongst the placegetters when 2nd last start at York. Recent form of the yard is strong. Has run into the money 2 from 2 attempts this campaign. Cannot underestimate. SARDINERO (6) Racing as a debutant 2yo by Torquator Tasso for trainer Rebecca Menzies. Keep your eye on the market. SIR NICHOLAS (7) David Omeara trained 2yo by Ghaiyyath having first race start. Follow the money. CALDO (1) Tidy run when 2nd last start at Nottingham. Expecting to settle positively. At least a place chance.

Was $26.00 and couldn't maintain the pace when 7th last start at Ayr. Has shown early pace in races to date. Will be facing a challenge.

Started $11.00 and struggled when 4th last run at Newcastle. Has early speed and positions nicely. Will need everything to go right.
