Has trialled well leading into this and expected to go close. MOVER AND SHAKER (7) resumes. Failed to handle the heavy (10) conditions when fading in the run to finish eighth over 900m at Newcastle. Backmarker who keeps coming. Will prove hard to hold out. FARSAIN (6) well-bred filly expected to have come back stronger. Back without a trial after disappointing on debut when sixth over 1200m at this track last October. Stays in the mix. DON MAN (1) is a gelding by Last Approach out of Ruby Royal on debut for the Rod Potter camp. Given the two trials and the lugging bit goes on from the good draw. Keep safe.
