HOLDING CAPTIVE (3) looks very well placed at his second start. The debut run at Geelong was very good, well backed there and giving a huge sight in front before just being edged out by a nose. He should bounce straight to the front and can go one better. Very wary of KANDINSKY (4) who resumes. He was very well backed in a strong maiden at Geelong last time in and didn't fire but he can be a sharp improver this time around. DETERMINATO (2) resumes. He was knocking on the door with two minor placings at the end of his first campaign and can run a forward race here. CHOICE ENCOUNTER (1) was just fair on debut when well supported and could be a quick improver with that run under the belt. TARNTANYA (9) resumes and wouldn't shock off a solid debut.
