SUPREME SEA (10) has bolted in at the trials since going under as a $1.50 favourite at this track and trip 46 days ago. That was at the top of Class 4 and he now drops 9kg for the rise in grade. Hewitson sticks with him here, he maps beautifully and he looks a gelding on the rise. He'll be hard to hold out. HERBAL STAR (9) was no match two back before a narrow defeat here most recently when carrying 61kg. He's another who drops a stack of weight for the rise in grade, though he will need some luck from the draw. Wouldn't surprise to see him in the finish. MAGNIFIQUE (2) was in the firing line on the turn and finished one length from the winner in third last start at this track over this distance. Has a strong record at this trip, scoring two times from four starts. Has the speed to be prominent. One of the main contenders.
