LE NOTRE (9) raced once in the maiden preparation when fifth at Gold Coast over 1200m back on July 12. Showed good ability and jumping out well for return. Has the claim, has good pace and a low draw and is expected to feature. UNA GENTLE (12) finished 11 lengths away in tenth last start over 1009m at Yarra Valley in a disappointing performance. Much better than that and previous form strong. Definitely worth another chance. ANGELOTTI (7) is overdue for a win stringing together some minor placings, the latest running on well here for third. Expected to go close again. SNAKEINTHEGRASS (11) showed ability on debut, winding up strongly for fifth. Has upside and can measure up.
