Stratford Avon Race 2 - Ebf And Charlie Longsdon Racing 'National Hunt' Novices' Hurdle (Gbb Race) (Div 1)
RED METAL (1) Won by just short of 3L last start in a hurdle at Stratford and honest performer putting a tidy record together. Winnable race. BRECHARNON (2) First up from a 36 week spell. Resuming after a spell of 36 weeks. At $5.00 hit the line well when 4th last start at Southwell and carrying less weight this time. Has definite claims.

Back after a spell. Was $26.00 and finished 4th last time in a hurdle at Newton Abbot and coming back in distance. Will be positive in the run early. May find these too slick.

First up and was much too speedy in front to win by a margin of 5 1/2L first up last preparation at Hereford. Has early speed and positions nicely. Watch for a sign in the market.

Odds of $251.00 and mediocre display when 8th last time at Worcester. Might have to make up considerable ground. In a lot of trouble.
