SPIES ON (3) has made an excellent start to his career, following up a narrow debut second here with a strong win over 1100m on the poly track here a fortnight ago, and while the draw is tricky, he has the scope to overcome it and take the next step immediately. DASHING HOPE (11) did not fire over 1400m on a heavy track here last start, but her form was heading the right way before that. On a firmer surface, she can figure in the finish. Each way value. BELLOVE (5) resumes after a break, and her last run before spelling can be forgiven after starting from a wide gate that day. She comes to hand quickly, and with a recent trial under her belt, she will be ready to rumble, especially if the money comes for her. CALL TO COURAGE (7) is a progressive filly resuming after finishing second at Ballina in early January. She will be a lot stronger now, and with some luck from a wide gate, she can figure in the top 4.
