RHETORIC (4) is a four-start maiden who finished sixth, beaten 7 lengths, when resuming from a spell last start over 860m at Gatton. Chance to break his maiden status with that run under his belt. TORQUE TOO EASY (8) was 9 lengths from the winner in 12th over 1000m at Sunshine Coast last time following a minor placing on debut the run before. Sits handy in the run. Debut run was good and she looks a great chance to open the account. OCEAN ALO (2) is a three-year-old gelding on debut from the stable of Gary Duncan. By North Pacific from Foxy Kim. Comes here off a Sunshine Coast trial. Worth watching for a betting push.
