MT D'ORO (6) drifted well back last start before winding up strongly to finish third, beaten 6 lengths, over 1408m at this track (Dirt). Will drift back but is expected to be in the finish again. CAPTURED DARLING (1) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 13 lengths when fourth over 1408m at this track a week-and-a-half ago after being prominent at the corner. Worth noting Samuel Marin goes aboard. Likely improver with strong prospects. SLEW CROWN (3) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 10 lengths away in sixth over 1646m at this track. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. NOVELLIE (4) was out of the money two runs back when fresh from a spell then again missed the frame last start over 1207m at this track, beaten 12 lengths into seventh. Well placed to bounce back.
