Worcester Race 5 - Richard And Ann Hitchings Memorial Mares' Novices' Hurdle (Gbb Race) (Div 2)
SAPPHOS WORD (4) Resumes after a spell of 44 weeks. Claimed late when 2nd last run at Carlisle. Will be pushing for a forward position early. One of the major hopes. AEROPRESS (5) 4yo by Affinisea having initial appearance for trainer Harry Derham. Watch the market moves. LUNE BRILLANTE (3) Fresh after spell of 32 weeks. Faded to finish 10th last run at Sandown. Happy to overlook that run. Has a great burst of speed late. Has to be included. WET SAIL (10) Daniel Skelton 4yo by Getaway on debut. Watch for a sign in the market.

Back from a break of 31 weeks. Started at $9.50 and looked outclassed when 5th last time at Plumpton but was a debutant last start. Rough chance today.

Resuming after a break of 32 weeks. Jumped at $7.00 and couldn't maintain the pace when 10th last run at Sandown. Happy to overlook that run. Good enough chance at a very tempting price.

First up after a break of 44 weeks. Odds of $81.00 and lost ground in the run home when 5th last start in a hurdle at Taunton. This looks a tough assignment.

Started $151.00 and didn't threaten when 7th last time at Stratford. Won't be far away during the run. Not likely to be troubling the more fancied runners today.
