SIR LOYNE (3) returned from a 100-day spell with a tidy second over 1400m at Kembla last start, chasing hard after racing on the pace but finding one a bit better. Bolted in here at this trip last prep. Looks very hard to beat with plenty of improvement to come off that first-up effort. YABBY PUMP (4) appreciated coming back in trip when a game second over the mile at Kembla a fortnight ago. Led that day and refused to lie down when pressured. Capable of another big run in a similar contest. SAVVY SPY (6) led for home when resuming from a spell in the same race as SIR LOYNE at Kembla recently but punctured over the final stages. Will enjoy the extra trip and a bit less pressure up top. Can improve sharply off that run. WEALTHY INVESTOR (8) surprised a few with a win in the Gilgandra Cup two back then went awfully at Tamworth last time. In the mix if he brings his A-game. Market watch on AUTUMN WINTER (2) who last raced in October 2024 in Ireland under Aiden O'Brien.
